Letter Format

Max weight 100g, up to 5mm thick, 240mm long & 165mm wide.

Large Letter Format

Max weight 750g, up to 25mm thick, 353mm long & 250mm wide.

Packet Format

More than 353mm long or more than 250mm wide or more than 25mm thick. If one of the dimensions exceeds this, or the weight exceeds 750g, the item is then classed as a packet. Max weight depends on the service you choose.
